The fitness industry is FULL of online programs that promise to get you fit... And even though some of them do, there is nothing out there like this. In the pursuit of optimal health and vitality we have become so disconnected from our bodies, and create so much emotional separation between where we are now and that "instagram model" that "inspires" us on the daily. What workout equipment do I need for this program?
Every-body is different and so are it's demands. Your training program will be 100% custom to your set up. Some people train out of the gym, others their home, and some a mixture of both. We will make sure you are set up in the best way to get the most powerful results.
What is your refund policy?
I fully believe in the value of this course and have seen this method transform the lives of all my private clients. However, if for whatever reason you are a unicorn and you can show that you did over 90% of the work, followed the workout programs, nutrition and course content and still did not get any results we will refund 100% of your program fee.
If I’m not ready to join this time do you know when you will be running this course again?
There is never a "good" time for transformation. The belief that starting when "things get better" is one of the most common reasons people stay stuck. Life is organic by nature, so acting in the face of adversity is where some real magic begins. Like nature, this course is also organic. What kind of time investment is expected?
The course itself is self paced, However we advise following it week by week. Hopowever, there is always time to catch up if need be. Remember, you also have lifetime access to all of my knowledge in the modules and the group, so it will act as a reference guide for you forever. The workouts will take 20-90 minutes depending on what we set up for you and are done anywhere from 3-6 days per week. I tell students to commit 15-30 min per day to course content and they stay well ahead of the curve.
What if I don't have the time right now to keep up with the program?
You have lifetime access to all of this information. That means you can repeat it throughout the year, stop it, start it and do it however you like. Results are only guaranteed however when the 4 months are followed consecutively.
How do I access all of the workouts, lessons and meal plans
Why is the fitness/nutrition plan 16 weeks and the video content 12 weeks?
I don't want this to be another 90 day transformation program. Because of this, I have structured your plan so that you learn and apply for 12 weeks (with both the video content and training/nutrition program) and for the final weeks take what you have learnt and apply it yourself. You still have access to the group calls, VIP group and coach, however it's up to you to make your check lists and schedules during this time.
How much access do I get to Cam?
I am very vested in this program and give it my all. For the 16 weeks you and I are connected on WhatsApp for Direct Messages (DMs) and I run 2 live coaching calls every week. There is no one on one coaching component to this course (outside of WhatsApp DMs), yet people say the group coaching calls are one of the most transformative parts of the program. We are so much stronger as a unit than individuals, and it shows in these calls.
When does the program start?
The program will start Monday, April 5th 2021. This will give you 1 week after regustration closes to get everything ready and prepped for the adventure.
