A DAILY ROUTINE TO STAY ANCHORED
In this program, we give you 8-weeks of fitness training plus optional morning routines and evening rituals to help you anchor in your vitality practice and keep you busy while at home.
5 WORKOUTS A WEEK
You will be given 5 workouts every week along with supporting activities and challenges to help you recover faster and stay busy on your days off.
A COMMUNITY FOCUS
We will be doing live workouts as a group on Zoom, as well as hosting live coaching sessions with experts to support you with nutrition, mindset, and entertainment.

This COVID-19 lockdown isn't going to last forever and before you know it the gyms will open back up, we will be heading back outside and life will get busy again. We designed this program so that when this happens you have built a solid foundation of health, fitness, and connection to your body.
Like all INBODY FIT Programs, this is not your conventional fitness program. This program is designed as an anchor to help you stay in a routine, get fit "AF", teach you how to tap into Jedi techniques that can be done from home, and connect you to others that are in the same boat and on the same mission.

MEET THE COACH
Cam Mac is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Coming from over 10 years of personal training, nutrition coaching, and high-performance coaching for athletes, groups, and individuals, Cam believes that the conventional approach to health and fitness is missing the big picture. By combining Breath, Conscious Flexing, and Feeling/Meditation he has designed a new experience to help people get out of their heads, into their bodies and start seeing 10x the results inside and outside of the gym.
